"OOZE" Award!

Strategic Business Communications would like to award the Rancho Bernardo Inn with the Strategic Business Communications OOZE Award for August 2009. The OOZE Award is our way to show our appreciation for the outstanding attitude and follow through of the entire staff at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. The Rancho Bernardo Inn is located 30 minutes away from the downtown San Diego.  It is hidden away from any city lights and noise, and is beautiful and quite. Whether you are there for a meeting, golf, spa or a relaxing weekend the Rancho Bernardo Inn has everything. Through a combination of excellent service, countless amenities and enjoyable ambience, Rancho Bernardo Inn provides the ultimate experience to hosting meetings and overnight stay to its guests.

We want to show that the standard of service is just a standard, but those who go above and beyond should be recognized and awarded. That is how we developed the OOZE Award. We want to express our gratitude to the Rancho Bernardo Inn for demonstrating what we at SBC believe to be outstanding, not only in theory but in the practice of every staff member at this resort.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
This past July SBC Inc organized a SDNCC meeting at the Rancho Bernardo Inn and we were very impressed with the detailed and attentive meeting and catering staff. Our experience was so overwhelming that we as a team nominated the staff at the Rancho Bernardo Inn for the Strategic Business Communications OOZE Award.

"All of the staff at the RB Inn and especially the catering staff made sure to leave a lasting impression. The room was properly set-up and the catering coordinator made sure to check in at least 30 minutes before the meeting. Meanwhile, the catering manager, Jackie Braamse, made a very nice gesture by including a complimentary breakfast for the meeting. The commitment to making this meeting successful and worry free is exactly what SBC looks for in a property when booking a meeting space. We will sure book with RB Inn in the future when booking a meeting."
